of Directors Coaching / Strategy Sessions
Managing
each function of the business can seem overwhelming. Worse still, managers
can find themselves working “in the business” rather than
working “on the business”. CEO-Board
of Directors Coaching provides a subject-matter expert, with a fresh perspective,
available in two separate modalities:
One-on-one, during scheduled appointments,
OR
Delivered
to the Board of Directors or Executive Committee
One-on-one
visits may be by telephone, by e-mail, or on-site. Visits can be scheduled
for a couple of hours or for whole days (maximum three consecutive days).
Coaching arrangements include weekly, monthly, or quarterly visits by
a Senior Business Consultant assigned specifically to your business. Each
meeting is to discuss specific issues and to engage in specific action.
CEO-Board
of Directors Coaching visits can be designed to:
- monitor
progress toward a pre-determined goal,
-
develop a general strategy (marketing diversification, growth and expansion
plan, proposal preparation, etc.),

develop and implement specific tactics,
- update
the corporation's formalities with recent or proposed activities (annual
meetings, minutes, venturing, etc.).
Visits
may be instructional in nature, and may include short presentations or
informal discussions. The objective of each session is to move the project
or plan closer toward completion. On most occasions there will be homework.

A Coaching Project Manager will call you to discuss your goals and objectives,
and will help you decide which coaching arrangement best suits your
needs.

Your Business Coach will call to introduce them self and to orient them
to your business, and to set the schedule and agenda for the first couple
of coaching sessions.
- The
Business Coach will communicate the 'assignments' to the client at this
time, as well as anything else that may be appropriate.
