CANCELLATION POLICY
a. Orders for services or customized items cannot be cancelled once the initial interview is scheduled. Refunds may be allowed under the following circumstances.
b. Orders for products or non-customized items may be cancelled any time prior to shipping.

REFUND POLICY
a. Refunds for products or non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs. The product or item returned must be unopened and/or unused.
b. Refunds for services or customized items are proportionate and will be based on: the customer payment(s) minus the costs for the required labor and the costs of miscellaneous expenses incurred or committed pursuant to the agreement for service(s).
